I was in need of new photos for my business branding, I was particularly looking for a photographer that would understand my vision and mission in life. I wanted photos that would reflect who I am and most importantly that would capture how and why I get to do what I do. I had been paying close attention to Sonia's work via the different social media platforms. I saw her creativity and was impressed with Sonia's work. I met with Sonia to discuss my vision and it was Amazing, she understood what I want to create, it felt as if I was having a conversation with my best friend. She gave me suggestions and we were able to create an amazing plan. The day of the photoshoot, was so much fun, I felt like a celebrity. The photos were amazing, she capture my heart in every single picture. Sonia over delivers in every aspect. I highly recommend using her services. I am definitely going to continue to work with Sonia in the future.

When I first launched my business, I had some professional photos taken for my website...The problem was, the photographer did nothing to pose me or help me feel more comfortable, & my discomfort was pretty evident in all of the photos.

A year later, I decided to do a branding photo shoot with Sonia & her team. I saw some of her IG videos, where she was posing her clients & wanted that kind of guidance this time around. She did not disappoint, & honestly went above & beyond what I was hoping for! Before I even got to the studio, I had meetings with Sonia to talk about posing, backgrounds, & my overall vision; with Mia to talk about makeup for the shoot; and with Yvette to help me pick out some outfits.

The photo shoot itself was so much fun! Sonia & her team had everything covered, right down to playing my favorite music so that I could loosen up & smile/dance/laugh naturally. The photos are gorgeous! I ended up buying several extras, because I couldn't decide between them all!

AMAZING experience with Sonia Tapia Photography! Honestly it could’ve have been a better shoot. This was an important day and major gift to myself that Sonia helped make extremely special. We had fun shooting different ideas, laughing, sipping a spiked lemonade on my end & let loose! Her assistant was such a huge help making sure my hair was A1 the whole time, she also took amazing BTS footage on my phone as I requested!
